FAB Ultra Moisturizing Cream—pilling?

Okay so I’ve been using the FAB ultra moisturizing cream since I went on accurate about 5 years ago—I absolutely love how it moisturized and it’s one of the few moisturizers that I can count on to not break me out at all. However, I always like to lock in the moisture with an oil and then put sunscreen over top, and that usually works, but I’ve noticed that the FAB cream will ALWAYS pill up into little balls when I’m patting on the oil/putting on sunscreen. Has anyone else noticed this? And hacks to make it stop?

 Do you wait until the FAB cream its fully dried/ absorb in the skin to apply your SPF or are you applying it while it still tacky? also, what SPF are you using?
