Best hydrating foundation for dry skin?

I'm looking for a hydrating medium coverage foundation for dry, textured, acne prone skin. & also a primer to go with that specific foundation. Plsss help.

@beautyxamayaa My current combo is Smashbox Mini Photo Finish Primerizer+ Hydrating Face Primer with Hyaluronic Acid .34 oz / 10 mL  and HAUS LABS BY LADY GAGA Triclone Skin Tech Medium Coverage Foundation with Fermented Arnica 330 Medium Cool (don’t mind the shade, go with the one that suits you)

Thank you so much! I have the Haus Labs foundation but I haven't tried it with the Smashbox primer. I'll definitely be sure to try it!!!!
