Best foundation if you love a glow?

Looking for a glowy foundation! I feel like I've tried so many higher end brands but keep going back to my L'Oréal lumi, any suggestions ?

I add any liquid highlighter to my foundation. Cover fx illuminating drops, beccas liquid illuminatior, but my go to add is mac strobe cream. I will pat some all over my face before foundation, and add it to my foundation!

I have very dry skin and I use the Dr Jart BB Cream in the gold tube. It's amazing.

For me the best way is to add the liquid Becca Shimmer Skin Perfector into the foundation. It will make any foundation glowy.

I personally really like giorgio Armani luminous silk.. it gives me a natural dewy fresh finish!

I'm a die-hard CoverFx foundation user.  The beauty comes in when you can mix in all of those custom illuminating drops right into your foundation and BAM....you'll glow like you're from the heavens.  I add more on high points of my face after foundation application when I'm feeling like I should be a little extra. 

I also find there are a lot of good illuminating primers that help with the glow.

the maybelline dewy and smooth mixed with too faced born this way is my go to dewy look!!
