unsuccessful authorization

Hello,

 

I applied and was approved for Sephora Credit card. I could not however place the order online using the temp card. I  contacted customer service through chat and they assisted me in placing the order. Now upon checking on the order I see it say unsuccessful authorization. I am travelling oversees in less than 8 days and need to place the order so i would appreciate if someone can assist me.
