unsucceful authorization in August. Still can’t order

Sephora has open disputed with my bank when my bank manager has called 3 times telling them they were paid

Has anyone had an issue with “unsuccessful authorization” and had it actually resolved?? Sephora says my bank is disputing a charge but the bank supervisor has called multiple times and confirmed there is nothing being disputed. When I call to make sure it’s taken care of, I end up speaking with a sephora supervisor who says “I’ll send this to the solutions team and call you back in 3 days”’. Clearly no one calls. Again it’s been since August. I can still buy stuff with that same 10k+ rouge point account in store.. but I’d really love to place orders online again. I can’t believe it hasn’t been resolved and it first happened in August ‘17.
IF ANYONE has any clue as how to get me help that would be great. I’ve emailed daily, gotten the same response telling me to call, so I call, them the whole thing starts over again until I call again. Nothing is getting fixed.
Anyone have a special number (not customer service - they are in my saved favorites) like the solutions team? I’m desperate. I think this is so unacceptable considering how much I’ve spent in the past, and still continue to! I miss buying online :(.
