unlink phone number from inactive accounts

how do i remove accounts associated with my phone number? when i went to sephora store yesterday, i gave her my phone number but it popped up two of my cousins names from awhile back, is there any way to remove my phone numbers from their accounts? 

ps. they don’t remember their login, etc
