hello customer service! I keep seeing The Ordinary advertised on the app. I get emails a well saying check them out. But nothing is in stock. Do you know when items will be restocked and if you will eventually carry the whole line? They seem to be selling like hot cakes. But I am totally happy that you guys carry them now. Hopefully they will be available in the stores soon.

I’ve been waiting for weeks for the products to come in stock, but now it’s been over a month.  Reason I am waiting is so I don’t have to pay for shipping and to get free shipping I have to spend $50 (cdn) and when 1 is in stock, the others are not. Its sort of a pain. I had put two in my basket but 2 were still out of stock.  These sell super quick which is insane. I wish they had them in store because my closest Sephora is 3 hours away and if it was available I would have got them all from there. I am waiting for 4 of them to come back in stock!!!
