temp credit card

the site keeps asking for my security code to a temporary credit card. I was not provided one nor is there a place to input... stuff is selling out.

I’m having this issue also! I was transferred to 2 different Sephora reps and then transferred to a rep at the credit card and no one could help me or seem to know what they were doing. That was the most frustrating call I’ve ever had with a customer service.

I tried to call and waited for 15 minutes while the rep fumbled to try and transfer me after she had NO CLUE as to what I was talking about. Will have to wait and call again until I get back this afternoon.

@Anonymous, I am truly sorry to hear about that! Regretfully, we are unable to place orders via BIC. But I may suggest contacting us via phone once more. I am having the same issue. They aren't helping. And the VIB 15% off runs out today. I didn't receive my card in the mail yet. And I can't process any orders with the temporary card.  I called Sephora and a rep told me to call  Capital One.. But without the card and security code Capital One would not assist me. The card is so new.. it seems like no one can help. Now things in my cart are out of stock and the promo runs out today.
