Temporary Credit Card

I didn't receive my card in the mail yet. And I can't process any orders with the temporary card.  I called Sephora and a rep told me to call  Capital One.. But without the card and security code Capital One would not assist me. The card is so new.. it seems like no one can help. Now things in my cart are out of stock and the VIB 15% promo runs out today.
