super delayed shipping

I placed an order 8 days ago, and it still hasn't shipped! Anyone experience the same? I know with the sale it can be delayed but this is ridiculous

Yeaa my order still says "pending" and I placed my order 7 days ago but it did say that due to high demand the order might be delayed up to 7 days so I'm waiting.

I placed an order on the 9th and have not received anything from Sephora until now. Only to tell me they cancelled my order because it is now out of stock. Soooo disappointed. I guess I’ll spend my money at Nordstrom from now on! Hope you receive yours...

Same here ! I placed an order exactly a week ago and I have not had any update on it. Did you refund your card or issued you a store credit? I'm afraid they will tell me my items are out of stock.

Same here I placed my order on 11/17/17 and today is 11/28/17 and my order still says in progress wtf.This is super irritating customer service is no help and has no clue where my order is and said I can' cancel because it' s gone to far in the process.So my question to Sephora is do i wait and twiddle my thumbs or what😠

Same! I ordered on the 12th, and I still haven’t gotten a shipping notice yet... it’s still pending! Sephora’s a company, they should know how to package a large amount of orders. Never will ship from them again most likely (at least not during or after a large sale).

Agree with everyone. I think I’m getting my order tomorrow and that will make it two full weeks. Absurd for a large company to have this issue. They should give us all extra samples or something!

I’m STILL waiting. Tracking my package said 11/30, then 12/1, now it says 12/5, and the weird thing is it said  it will be redelivered on each of those days. 

This is outrageous. I know there are worse things happening in the world, but this was on little thing you thought you could count on, ya know?

I agree. They either need to stagger their sale availability so that each tier gets it's own set of dates or they need to hire temps to handle the higher volume during peak times or they need to get a better pack and pick system. I saw the warnings about delays, but my 3 day delay is now over a week and that's just on the 1st of 3 orders I placed.
