I bought my summerfridays lip balm in October and the area around the cap cracked open. I love this lip balm and have hardly used it because I wanted to use up my current lip balm before moving onto another. Although I bought this lip balm back in October, I have only started using it this month and still have a lot of product left. I've noticed recently, while looking at reviews, that the cracking around the cap occurs more often than not. I am wondering if there is any way I can get a refund or if there is someone I could reach out to about this product because it is clearly defective and I have done nothing to cause this issue.
