summer fridays half empty

I received my summer Fridays lip butter balm today and I was disappointed to see the tube is nearly half empty. Does anyone else have this problem? Update: customer service reached out and helped me and gave a refund!

Same thing happened to me! I ordered a summer fridays set and one was half empty. I still don't know of I should contact customer service. Did they help rectify the situation with you?

Hello @LaurieBT ! I purchased a Summer Fridays lip balm around the same time that this was posted and when it arrived, I also had to squeeze it almost flat to get any product out. Is this normal or was it maybe a manufacturing error around this time? This was the first Summer Fridays product I have purchased so I am not sure how much product normally comes in a tube.
