status: cancalled

(it won't let me edit the title to cancelled...) i just checked the order from this morning and i spent 100 points on the versace perfume. But now its saying cancelled but my points are still gone... obviously i'm not getting the perfume, but will i at least get my points back?

ok i got my points back. but it's ridiculous to have rewards still showing as available when they are gone and to not email people when parts of orders are cancelled. Now if i want to redeem my points i have to make another purchase.. and hope the same thing doesnt happen again... based on some other posts i've read recently... the points are practically worthless because the items are usually out of stock but people never find out until after the order is done. i really hope this isn't the case. i'm trying to be optimistic...
