sephora quizzes not working

I am looking for a daytime moisturizer and tried the sephora quiz multiple times. It's not working. The results come in and it shows me eyeshadow, eyebrow products, eye liner, etc. Same with the concealer quiz. Hope you will fix this soon!

I'll share this feedback with our teams for review, and I recommend ensuring that your Sephora App and device are  both fully updated. You may need to remove the app and re-download. I have had this same problem and I thought something was wrong with my internet but it was not. I was trying multiple times and strugling with trying to open the quiz. Can you please fix it?
