sephora canada

hey would anyone be able to help me. i’m trying to place my order on the app but it won’t let me put my address in from canada and it’s only allowing US addresses. i tired to do it on the website as well and it won’t work there either. i am also on the canadian site not american so im confused as to why i can’t put my address

I have the same issue, can’t place an order from the app like I usually do, it seems you can only add US addresses???

@Dutchtown You can switch the region on your app by going to your profile and then app settings.

@nimii15, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
