Please can they STOP with the perfume samples in substitution for the skin care samples I ask for. it's a WASTE. I don't want three perfumes I throw them away. the samples are down right sloppy, never what you ask for anymore. If they could at least try to switch for something similar it wouldn't be so wasteful.

Lol I always WANT the perfume samples and select them specifically yet they send me skincare. Why let us choose? haha. I just chalk it up to "oh well, it's free!" 😊

I would just like to get a sample with my order. They didn't even substitute my samples. I just didn't receive anything. 😞

The same thing has started happening to me: zero samples in two of my last three orders, and when I do get samples, I never expect to get what I've selected. I can understand substitutions when stock runs out, but many times the samples I've requested but we're substituted, are still showing as available so there's no apparent reason for substituting. However, not receiving a single sample annoys me. Unfortunately, like many others, I'm not able to get to a Sephora store and try products and/or receive a take home sample to try. For me, receiving my chosen samples can be very helpful, especially any type of sample where color is important (shadow, foundation). I can compare the actual color to how they're depicted online and know if the colors online are darker or lighter than they are "in person." I have come to expect the samples I've chosen to be substituted, but I'm a little annoyed about recently not receiving samples of any kind!

This is the first package that I've received that had ZERO samples in it. The samples play a huge role in the decision making process on whether I'm purchasing from Ulta or Sephora. I'm so disappointed with my order.
