samples not included in package

Hi there! I have come to notice that my order was missing the complimentary samples I had selected when ordering my products, or any samples altogether for that matter. Is there a reason for this? As silly as it sounds, I am much more inclined to order from Sephora knowing there are samples or minis of products I am hoping to try. I love trying different products and adding to my cart for next time if I love them, as I usually do. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue? I am used to receiving the wrong samples but a complete lack of any samples is saddening!

Same with me, the last two orders both have missing samples 😞 It's disappointing.

Same thing here. I just received my order and open it to be disappointed once again - no sample, although the order confirmation clearly states that the samples were shipped. Seems like all online orders are not arriving with samples anymore. So misleading.  And it’s not the first time that’s happening.

Just received my package today as well with no samples. 😞 quite unfortunate as I was looking forward to trying them out. 

Is this becoming more of a common occurrence now? Seeing quite a few threads about this.
