redeeming scent certificate online

I’m trying to redeem my perfume voucher online but i’m not sure how to. I tried calling customer service and i got hung up on. sos!!

Also, do these certificates expire?

I'm sorry for the trouble! The certificates don't expire but we do recommend redeeming this as soon as possible, in case any of the fragrances become unavailable. I'll send you a message shortly to assist.

@Shanieb11, you should be able to enter the promo code in the "Promotions" section at checkout. I believe the code usually begins with: U-

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having! The code should start with the letter U and should be located underneath of a barcode.

Please also note that a common issue is that the number 1 looks like the letter I. Additionally, the code should be entered in the Promo Code section at checkout.

If the voucher states the fragrance can be redeemed online, a code will be listed on the voucher. If you are unsure if the voucher can be redeemed online and can't find the code, please send me a private message with a clear photo of the voucher so I can further assist.
