received broken lipstick ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Hii, i received my order two days ago, and today when i wanna use the lipstick it came out broken. I try to call you guys and waiting for almost 30mnts. I feel so sad and I couldn't just let it go since Pat Mcgrath is such an expensive lipstick ๐Ÿ˜ญ can you guys send me the replacement please? if anyone could help me that would be great ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ thanks!
