read more not working

When using the app, the read more doesn’t work. So i can’t expand and read any responses. Even my own. Is there a fix for this? Or is Sephora going to update the app to address this? I’m using the latest iOS

Me tooo! I have to go on my laptop to see full comments. Maybe it’s an iPhone thing.

Hi @Anonymous. So sorry for any inconvenience. I will share this feedback with our IT team. Where specifically are you using the 'read more..." link. Is it with chats? product pages? reviews? Or is this function totally unavailable.

Hi! It’s in the app, on the communities/groups pages. If someone’s response is too long, you just can’t read it. I use the latest iOS and my app is up to date.
