product arrived half missing

Update: I just received an email from Sephora customer service and they mailed me a replacement item! Thank you for the wonderful quick response, it is SO appreciated ☺️.

@fbm23 It looks like the product just shifted and solidified. This happens often with body butters in jarred containers as well as conditioners.

This is supposed to be the product (to the brim).

I think the product just moved to one side of the container while being shipped and getting tossed around . Usually body creams are not filled to the very top, but I could be wrong!

I thought maybe the same thing but then I took another look at the product. It's to the brim.
