product arrived half missing

hi! Thank you for your help, one of my products arrived today half empty. Please see the following photo.

Update: I just received an email from Sephora customer service and they mailed me a replacement item! Thank you for the wonderful quick response, it is SO appreciated ☺️.

@fbm23 It looks like the product just shifted and solidified. This happens often with body butters in jarred containers as well as conditioners.

I think the product just moved to one side of the container while being shipped and getting tossed around . Usually body creams are not filled to the very top, but I could be wrong!
