Hello. I placed my order on 12/10/2023 and on 12/12/2023 i received a notification that my order had been delivered, but in fact no one delivered the package and it just wasn't there (it is 12/16/2023 now) . I already created a post about this situation and then Customer Service wrote to me that i would like my package to be resent, i agreed but there was silence and they left me without an answer. I ordered these items as a gift and in the end nothing arrived and Customer Service just ignores me (i will attach the screenshoot ). Please solve this problem and PLEASE don't send the package again by USPS because they just don't deliver the parcels!
