package never delivered

I ordered on June 15th and bought expedited shipping. my package was suppose to be delivered Friday June 17, but was never delivered. I checked my shipping LaserShip all day Friday up until 11pm and randomly showed "delivered" at 830pm. I checked all of my cameras and no one ever dropped my package off.
