package delivered to wrong house

The tracking information said my package was delivered but I never got anything. the photo the delivery company uploaded to the package wasn't showing my house door it was somewhere else. I don't know where, and I can't knock on every single house in my neighbourhood and ask them about my missing package. does that mean my money and order both gone? how do I trust ordering at sephora again?
