order problems

HI I was wondering if anybody else has been running into, I buy a LOT from sephora but I usually use my laptop. I keep running into problems like the page not loading, and running out of stock for an item. I keep getting really frustrated and it also happens on the app where the item will be displayed on the Web search screen, especially in the sale section, and when I click on it I'm redirected to a sorry we no longer carry this. I understand they've been very busy with the holidays this has been a problem for me for almost a year now though, and I've gotten so frustrated with the error page that it's not making want to spend more on my beauty addiction. I love this company and consistently choose them over anybody else, it's just gotten really frustrating. Anybody else been experiencing this?

Sorry to hear about this! If you're having issues with our website, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies as this may help resolve the issue.
