order canceled but didn’t get points back

I canceled my order but didn’t get my points back . Will I get them back ?

@reems1000 The points should be added back to your account within 24 hours.

@reems1000  if you cancel you order your points are most likely not going to come back.

@UNMMissNewYork , I don't think that's correct.  If you redeemed for rewards from the rewards bazaar and you cancelled the order, you should get them back.  Also depends on what points you're referring to @reems1000 , I would reach out to Customer Service.  That's a different group.  Post in customer support or use the chat feature for assistance.
