online order canceled??

hi.. this is my first time online order on sephora. But i’m kinda dissapointed with my experience. I just placed an order for a few things at sephora online, but i don’t know why, it said my order has been canceled because my card information. I kept tried to order and put the correct information. But it still canceled. And then i checked my bank account, i got charged 3times for that order. But i can’t see the status for that order. So, how can you fix this? I don’t need that stuff. Just give my money back. For the next time, i’ll buy at store than online order at sephora.

You probably didn't get "charged" if the order was cancelled. This happens to me from time to time, if the bank info doesn't match the info you used online. Some banks are more sensitive, even the format of postal codes, or address abbreviations could make it invalid. The credit/debit card company shows the charges but doesn't process it unless your order was confirmed. The charges you got were probably "temporary" (temporarily floating) and will go back into your account after a few days (usually 3-5 in my experience).. Hope that helps! xx
