no samples

There’s been quite a few times where my orders have come and I haven’t received the samples I chose with them. The free samples are a big part of the reason I order online. Is this normal for everyone for them not to come?

Yes 100% I NEVER recieve samples. The last rep Nicholas I reached out to was super rude couldn't understand why I was upset basically said oh well thats too bad didn't offer any way to rectify the problem.
