my promo code FAB sample exploded

I redeemed the promo code for a sample of the FAB Ultra Repair Barri Air Cream with my most recent order. As I was opening the sample... it 'slpoded a bit. I'm not sure if I received a defective or previously opened sample because I could not find any evidence/remnants of a seal. Also, I noticed that my order was shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver. It seems very likely that the sample could have been affected by the pressurized air inside of the cargo hold during flight. I realized immediately after I opened the tube that it was abnormally bloated. With this being a very aerated cream to begin with and likely already opened/incorrectly sealed, this particular sample tube never had a chance lol. I'm not mad at or upset at all, but I just thought y'all would like to know what happened with this FAB cream sample in my order. FWIW, I had two foil packet samples, two fragrance BI point rewards, a Brazilian Bum-Bum Cream BI point reward, and a bottle of the Hum Daily Cleanse supplement inside of the same box. All of those other items arrived just fine, and the box was well packed with plenty of cushioning. Thank you for your time!!! 🙂

I was able to salvage most of what came out of the tube. There's still enough left for me to decide if I like this product enough to purchase or not. A replacement won't be necessary. Thanks for your help!
