my account is deleted

I am having account issues. My points have deleted. My play subscription cancelled. My past purchases have been erased. And sometimes it says I have no account. Can you please restore my account?

As has been stated in the other posts about this topic, there is a glitch in the system currently. Points and statuses will be re-instated soon.

i’m having the same problem. the only past purchase i have is one from before my account was created. i had 247 points, i was vib, and not it’s asking me to create a beauty insider account.

I’m having the exact same problem. However, I did get a promo email stating that I’m VIB so I think it’s a website glitch.

i did try signing in on the app and had the same problem. it wants me to create a new insider account. it does show my past orders. i think it may have something to do with the resetting to become a vib and rouge. hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

my insider account has been deleted as well. i am a rouge till the end of 2018 and my 30726 points have been deleted.

I am having the same issue as well. I do not see my points anymore and is asking me to become a beauty insider when I was rouge and should be at least VIB throughout all of 2018.
