missing order

Hello i am missing my order. it said it was delivered but was not

I am having the same issue which is totally unacceptable on sephoras end

 

I called customer service and they told me that they cannot do anything since it is marked as delivered and what I was trying to explain to her is if it was really marked as delivered and there was a proper delivery photo then that delivery photo would be of the bag sitting at my job on the counter. The delivery notes say that it was handed to me which it wasn’t. This is just so unprofessional from DoorDash and your customer service in so many ways, and it is just truly sad and astonishing that this is happening to me and my coworker right now, we are at a loss of words and do not know what the next steps we should take are we are going to send this message in hopes that it can be viewed because this is the saddest thing and also when we tried to call the DoorDash driver, they hung up in our face that made us feel Like we were useless like we basically just threw our money in the garbage and handed our order to some random person I’m reaching out regarding an order that I placed with you guys. I am at a loss of words for the way I was treated by the customer service rep, and for the way that I was treated by the driver who was supposed to deliver my order safely to me I don’t even know where to begin with how unprofessional this is for me to be reaching out like this because customer service could not handle giving me a proper resolution other than to reach out to you guys via email, but I don’t think that reaching out via email is really going to do anything I need my voice to be heard. My order number is ---
