I used the promo code on my order but the order confirmation didn't show that the promo was applied even though I know it was. Did my subscription go through and if it did will it be shipped to my shipping address or my billing address?

I have experienced this twice now and it is quite disappointing that Sephora is not able to fulfill the orders properly. To make matters worse, I had called in after I placed my order to ensure that the magazine code HBMAG was in my order and I was assured it was even though it did not show up on my confirmation. Here we are a month later and I called to follow up on the subscription only to be told the code may have “fallen off”. Are you serious?! I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service as it relates to this matter.

Hi Athreadofstyle, So sorry for the confusion!  I see that promotion code was added to your order. You typically receive the first issue within 6-10 weeks and it is shipped to the billing address on the order.
