grande lash

Hi Sephora community! I need your help… so the other day i purchased a travel sized grande lash serum and i opened it and it’s like basically empty. It was well packaged, plastic and everything but there is literally no product coming off of the brush it’s almost like dried out… which makes ZERO sense . Im unsure if i can return it and exchange for a new one due to it being a serum… please someone let me know! Thanks guys💋
