frustrated

I'm super frustrated. I ordered the play box on January 6th and was told by a MOD that I ordered just in time to receive the January box. I hadn't gotten a notification on shipping so I posted asking when it would ship and was then told that I ordered too late and would not receive the January box, however my card was already charged! I responded to the MOD that told me it was too late 4 days ago and she still has not responded. If this is what it is going to be like with this subscription box it makes me think I should go elsewhere. Has anyone else had this issue?
