double charge

I have never experienced such garbage customer service in my entire life. I was DOUBLE CHARGED for my $350+ order and was subsequently charged an overdraft fee on my card! When I called to have it refunded the 1st customer service agent hung up on me once I explained I was double charged after I waited an hour on hold for this person. I called back and spoke with a second person for OVER 2 HOURS! He told me that I am irresponsible with money and that is why this happened, he told me he was offering me life advice. I am extremely upset with this company and their shady way of business and their insensitive and rude customer service. I work in customer service and this is out of hand. I just want my refund, some of us have bills to pay. It's almost Christmas and I have to pay overdraft fees on a charge that was not made or approved by me. Is this even legal? Reporting to the BBB. I'm so upset.
