did not receive samples

Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!

Me too! I usually never get samples with my orders. If I do get them it is because I have made a huge order. It doesn’t make sense that they would not give us our samples when they offer them. When I do get samples they are never what I ordered (but I don’t mind because I love a surprise)

I never get samples with my order. But I’ve only ordered 1 time but they still never give me samples in store. On my birthday they never sent the gift it added to cart but still never shipped.

The same thing happened to me. I have orders come in from Sephora quite often and I only received one sample that I had selected instead of the two.

Hi, the same thing happened to me. I placed an online order hoping to get a few samples to try. Out of the two i chose i only got one which was given at random. I specifically ordered online to get the samples so im disappointed that i didnt get them. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I did not receive any samples with my last online order as well, although it shows in the order as shipped. My daughter was disappointed. If Sephora cannot fulfill sending the free samples at all, then why make us choose and get our hopes up? Can the samples still be sent to me please?
