Hi there, I looked at my email invoice of my recent Sephora order and noticed I did not receive my 3 free samples. I understand they are free samples and were probably out of stock since this was an order I made around Cyber Monday, but is there any way to help offset this such as added points or a code to have additional samples included in my next order beyond the usual 3 samples? Thanks!
I usually only get one of the two samples, sometimes none
I also didn’t receive any samples with my last order 😞 I understand that maybe the samples I ordered aren’t in stock anymore and get replaced with different samples (which has happened before), but it’s pretty disappointing that my last order came with no samples at all.
Once again, I didn’t receive my samples either. Disappointing
I just placed 2 orders online and they both came in the same box with no samples😭
I’ve had the same frustrations with Sephora and their samples on more than one occasion. I’d make a purchase specifically for a perfume sample I wanted to try, only to receive a sample for men’s face wash?!? Then there have been the times where none of the samples are included 😞
When I called customer service there was a disinterested stock response and a shoulder shrug, which is disappointing when you have spent thousands of dollars over the years and are at their “VIB” level, meh.
Over the years I’ve watched samples with purchase drop from 3 to 2, and become so tiny they are only good for a few uses… not nearly enough to give the item a good try re possible purchase.
I am now buying directly from the brand’s websites or Shoppers Drug Mart, generous samples that show up as promised, great customer service and regular sales.
There’s a lot I did like about Sephora, I wish they hadn’t dropped the ball on this 😞

They should also give you samples in store!
My last 3 online orders haven’t had any of the free samples with them either but at the stores the cashier always tosses in a sample or gives me a choice between a scent or make up. Maybe ask at your local store when at the cashier if they have any samples that day. The store is always busy so they are just trying to keep people happy and make check out quick. I am sure they forget time to time.

Didn’t receive mine either
I just received my order and in my email it says my free samples were delivered and I didn’t receive them either.
I didn't get mine either! I'm so disappointed.
Unfortunately it happens pretty often that they will not give you the samples selected, I’m guessing it’s because they will run out of the one you selected in their packaging facility. Hopefully in the new year we see a better reward and sample system!
Same here! I was so excited to receive my free samples ☹️ I ordered online so I had chosen these two samples I was so excited to try out since I’ve been interested in them but when I received my package I had only gotten my original purchase with no sample which made it a disappointment… it’s frustrating how Sephora gives their customers a choice of free samples to choose from and Sephora won’t ship it out??? A lot of customers today have reported not getting their free samples it’s a disappointment… sucks they only give 50 points as an “apology”.
50 points is an insult not an apology, works out to around $1, they can do a lot better than that for their customers.
