I would like to provide feedback on a recent customer service experience that left me very disappointed and quite honestly surprised 

i ordered a lip gloss to give as a gift and when i went to check the status of delivery from work this afternoon, it said it had been delivered this morning.

i called my daughter who was home from school all day studying and asked her to get my package from outside but when she went outside, nothing was there. she also said nobody rang any doorbell today.

according to tracking they posted a picture of my small package that they left on the floor . 

my mailbox  which is the size of 2 of those packages was clearly visible enough where they could have put my package in there instead of throwing it on the floor but they don’t care

i’ve mentioned to sephora in the past to stop leaving my things on the floor 

needless to say, clearly my package was taken and sephora doesn’t wanna refund me.

worst customer service i’ve ever had to deal with and quite frankly pretty pathetic if they can’t even fix a problem that’s literally under 40$

i will definitely cancel my account and won’t be purchasing from them ever again nor will anyone i know.

my advice to everyone is to NOT BUY ONLINE as sephora doesn’t take responsibility for their actions.

they hire these courier companies and don’t care once the sell is done
