delivery problem?

Hi I recently purchased some things and I always get my parcel within 2 days. However, I have been waiting for the status to become “out for delivery” for 2 days now but that status still has not changed. I tried putting in the tracking number on Canada Post but there’s nothing with that tracking number there. How can I check where it is and when it will be delivered?
