delivery issue

hi @CustomerService, I placed an online order and got it delivered today. However, the packaging of my product looks like it has been opened before. Also, I haven’t received my second free sample either, this happened to me last time too. I have also attached the photo of my product. The product itself doesn’t look like it has been used before but i also don’t wanna risk it for health measure.Thank you
