dec 20 still no box!?!?

What’s going on with the boxes? How can I use the play pass for December if I don’t get it in December???

Per PLAY FAQs, found here: https://www.sephora.com/play-faqs?icid2=play_lp_faqs_leftnav_link most boxes don't ship until around the 20th (which is today). You should receive your box by the 25th. If you haven't received it by that time, then contact customer service for additional assistance.

I didn't get my box yet either and I just checked the shipping info- it's not listed for me to receive it until December 26th☹️

Dec 23 and still no box.  Was planning on giving as a Christmas gift.    Very Dissapointing
