credit card 25% not working

i recently applied for and got approved for the standard sephora cc, and i’ve had the card activated for about a week now and when i finally went to make a purchase online and apply my discount for 25% off, it says my profile isnt eligible. how do i use this discount before it expires on the 27th?

Same here.  Even after speaking on phone to CSR twice for readers. I received email order confirmations and both were canceled.  1st order I was able to use 25% cc with Yaysave 10% which was awesome until they canceled it!!!!! 2nd time once again ordered on phone but they said since I technically used 25% new cc they couldn't give me that now promo or other 10% promo.  I argues of course stating they canceled it without reasons.  The CSR was wonderful and was able to apply my 25% but now not my 10%.  Was waiting...checked today and they canceled AGAIN!!!!

Question... did you receive confirmation and tracking details???
