cologne sampler

i bought my bf the cologne sampler set and he wants to get the valentino born in roma yellow dream, they didn’t have it in store at the time we went so we were told we could redeem it online. i selected the store and added the product to my cart but when i enter the code at the bottom it doesn’t work
