checkout error

I am unable to checkout. i keep getting an error saying to make sure everything is correct, and it is! i don’t know why this is happening.

I'm having the same problem, all week long now! It's so frustrating because I would have had my products delivered by now. Anybody know what is causing this?

I am having this same issue. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Every time I attempt to check out it gives me an error message. I have double and triple checked my card information as well as tried a different card. What is the point of being Rouge and having the Sephora card if I can’t even use it?

Or try the website and not the app or the other way around.
