cancelled order, need refund

hi there!

I placed an order about an hour ago but realized that i also could’ve gotten a birthday gift, so I cancelled and placed a second order with the same products and gift. now on my debit card/paypal, the order has been charged both times. When will the first one get refunded ?

As your first order was cancelled, please rest assured we will not charge you for it. The amount you may be seeing on your bank statement is a temporary pending authorization, not a charge, and it'll automatically drop within 1-7 business days.
