can't redeem birthday gift online

Hi! My birthday is Feb18 and I was trying to redeem my birthday gift online today before checkout, however , it says “one or more SKUs cannot be purchased” so I couldn’t add it. Could you please help with this ? Thanks!

@hopeyanne You should be able to redeem your gift if it is your birth month and you have merchandise in your basket.

Hello I have the same problem where I cannot get my birthday gift, even though my birthday is coming up soon. I placed an order with the birthday gift and had to cancel it since I forgot to add something to my order. Now I cannot add my gift. Is there some way that I can still get my gift?

Update: I was able to select it from the checkout screen. Not from the HBD pop up greeting or the rewards bazaar area.

I’m having the same issue. My birthday is today and I receive the UPC error when trying to add to my cart.  The Rouge/VIB gift returns an error that they do not carry this product. Pretty frustrating. The only solution given is to call.

If I wanted to have to call, I wouldn’t have an app. Or spend sooooo much money at Sephora every year!
