birthday gift

I just made a purchase and they were “out” of birthday gifts.  I was told to go on line and it would be sent to me.  Not the case.

@upset2 I'm so sorry about this! I recommend checking with your local Sephora stores before your birthday month ends to see if the gifts have been restocked. Alternatively, you can redeem your gift online with a merchandise order of $25 or more.
