birthday gift

I ordered the Caudalie Birthday Gift on November 15th when I placed an order for other items. I received an email from Sephora on Monday saying the birthday gift is out of stock and I would not be receiving it with my shipment. I just now received an email asking me to choose my birthday gift and Caudalie is an option. I’ve sent an email - on Monday- but no response. Also, the samples in my order were not any of the items I selected. Thanks for any help you can provide! Lisa
