For those who haven’t already seen the upset reviews clouding social media over the customers who redeemed 2500 points on the BI Advent calendar reward this year and were completely deceived, I understand we can’t request a refund of our points as accepted in the T&C when we joined the rewards program (although I have seen multiple people on TikTok who were able to get their points back… but none of the active Beauty Community posters on here would get that level of Customer Service… suspicious) however I truly believe this is deceptive advertising and marketing, as often argued with the Federal Trade Commission (perhaps that will happen with this product), when the description of the Advent Calendar specifically says it contains makeup, skincare, and bath, of which there is ZERO, and accessories, which is all we received. It truly is just so disappointing when we have all spent $2500 with Sephora to rack up these points and remain loyal with their rewards program and we were deceived, only for their customer service to be of no help for the majority of us despite the extreme social media attention this is getting for being deceptive.
