App Malfunctions
Does anyone else have issues with the conversations on the app? I can’t
seem to click through links or expand post replies so I can read them
all. What gives?

@becki89 I think a lot of people have experienced that. The mods
reported that IT was aware of the issue but it probably would not be
resolved until the near year. In the mean time just on on the mobile
site instead to expand conversations 🙂

no delivery
I subscribed for the 2 day delivery. I was scheduled to receive it
Friday (tomorrow) and it came early today. It says to be delivered but I
have not found it anywhere. I was expecting my package Friday. Help

I followed the instructions to resave what I have in place and that
worked for hair, eyes and skin but not for the profile photo, which is
worth 20 points.

There are two major sales, Spring and Fall. In the Spring Rouge and VIB
get 15% off purchases while BIs get 10%. During the Fall sale, Rouge and
VIB get 20% and this year Sephora included BIs with 15%.

If you really really want the item, then you should buy it now. Then on
Friday if it’s still on stock, you can buy it again for the discount,
but also remember to return the first purchase (it’s a hassle to return,
I know).
